I’m Trevor, and my journey with TC Legacy Holdings began with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their dreams of homeownership. Hailing from the heart of West Virginia, I’ve always been driven by a dual passion: entrepreneurship and helping others. After completing my bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, along with a Minor in Business Administration, I knew I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives through real estate.
Growing up, I cultivated an entrepreneurial spirit through various small business ventures, but it was the opportunity to provide creative solutions to people’s real estate challenges that truly ignited my passion. TC Legacy Holdings allows me to merge my love for business with my desire to assist others by offering rent-to-own solutions tailored to their unique circumstances. With a new generation of homeowners in mind, I’m dedicated to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to achieve the stability and security of homeownership, one personalized solution at a time.
